Most sessions require a $100 nonrefundable deposit. Remainder will be invoiced immediately after your session date and due upon receipt.

We’re happy to answer any questions you have, but here are a few of the most commonly asked.

Due to high volume during the holiday season, we can only offer the times and dates available on our calendar.
All of our holiday sessions take place at locations close to the Tri-Valley area (Danville, Alamo, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore) and a few other East Bay destinations, so please expect to be able to travel to any of those towns or surrounding areas. We have extensively scouted these locations and know how to get the best photos there with your family.
Unfortunately, if you want to photograph elsewhere, we cannot accommodate your request due to a very tight holiday schedule.
Our turn around time is up to 4 weeks after your session date. We don’t offer any rush editing, sneak peeks, or re-edits during the holiday season due to volume. If you’re hoping to use your photos for holiday cards, please book well enough in advance to accommodate for ordering and getting your cards.
If your session is interrupted due to illness (either with the client or photographer) or inclement weather per our discretion, we will reschedule it and provide you with a new time and date. Location may or may not be affected, as well.
